The Maharashtra government has introduced a new telecom infrastructure policy, which will support its digital ventures. The policy is in sync with the centre’s telecom policy, and will help in creating and maintaining the telecom infrastructure for its citizen-centric digital initiatives based on the Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana, Aadhaar and mobile services platforms.
