Government is planning to put more than 3,000 MHz of spectrum for sale

The government is planning to put more than 3,000 MHz of spectrum for sale in the upcoming auctions. It has sought recommendations from TRAI on the reserve price and related issues for auction of the right-to-use spectrum in the 700 MHz, 800 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2100 MHz, 2300 MHz, 2500 MHz, 3300-3400 MHz and 3400-3600 MHz frequency bands.
